Sandi Galo-Mann

After spending almost 20 years in the financial industry and leaving her 5 year position as assistant vice president of marketing Sandi Galo-Mann retired from “Corporate America” and went back to college to finish her degree in Theatre. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida Atlantic University where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting and Directing. During her College career Sandi was awarded two outstanding achievement awards in Theatre, one a scholastic award, and the other for her performance as Keeley in Keeley and Du at Palm Beach Community College before transferring to Florida Atlantic University where she also held membership with the Golden Key Honor Society.

Sandi's acting credits include, Lady of Larkspur Lotion, Stop Kiss, Psycho Beach Party, Bitter Friends, The Diviners, Going To See The Elephant, Fifth of July, the House of Bernardo Alba, Marat Sade, Rimers of Eldrich, A Mid Summer Nights Dream, Assassins, Keely and Du, Uncommon Women and Others.

Sandi's directing credits include; Popeye the Sailor the Musical performed at the Hollywood Playhouse, Mr. 80 Percent at the Royal Theatre in West Palm Beach and This is Our Youth at the Rinker Playhouse at the Kravis Center. Children's theatre credits include; Natures House also performed at The Royal Theatre and I Think I Can produced and performed at the Cuillo Centre for the Arts.

Sandi's film and commercial credits include, Off the Chain, an Independent Film produced by 24 - 7 Films LLC, where she played Judge Bailey. Off the Chain won most popular film when viewed at Muvico at City Place during the Palm Beach Film Festival in 2004. She also played Susan Case in Anchek Media's short film Sharp Image. She was in a Gateway commercial filmed in Coconut Grove and a magazine layout for a pharmaceutical company. She was the principal in a training film for Sharp sewing machines and was in training films and catalogue layouts for Office Depot as well.

Sandi has enjoyed teaching and had great successes in educating and coaching students for entry in the Middle School of the Arts and Dryfyss School of the Arts in West Palm Beach. She has taught at John Robert Powers in West Palm Beach for three years and in a variety of after school programs through out Palm Beach County since 2000.

Sandi is married to John J. Mann, Jr., who serves on the board of Palette, Mask and Lyre Studio Theatre, Inc. through his consulting firm, Mann Investments LLC. His company provides financial consultation and assistance in all of the budgetary functions of the company.
